My favorite was the tough looking Marine Honor Guard holding back the tears. This was on drudge.
When scrolling through the pictures, I saw that one too. If you scroll through, you'll see it.

That is a tear jerker! I just got back from DC/goodbye to Gipper... & am trying to catch up on threads..
some wonderful pictures out there. When I did my profile page, I never did find as many as I wanted. Might be able to add a few more in "tribute" section perhaps.
I hope that Marine who is watching has someone (or will have) who loves him this much!!!

I apologize to anyone offended by the original title of this thread. Since Yahoo didn't have a title, just a collection of photo's with a user ranking system, I decided most here would recognize it as an opinion poll variant.
Realizing some were taking offense at the title, I requested that the moderator rename the title of the thread, hence the new title.
Apologies again to anyone offended by the original title which was something to the effect of "Poll: Vote for Best funeral Picture".
All that having been said, Yahoo News has a great collection of photos, primarily of the funeral in which viewers may rank the photo on a scale of 1 - 5. If you aren't already registered with yahoo, you will need to register. Registration is free and quite handy in that you get a free email account.
Everytime you enter a photo selection, a new set of pictures is brought up. This can go on for quite some time as there were a lot of pictures. You may want to save the ones you really like. And remember, no matter how good the other ones are, when you see a photo of some liberal select it and press #1 = worst.

I would like to see that photo. Drudge isn't showing it now.

I would like to see that photo. They say it is in the group of pictures referenced in #1.

I don't know if it was accurate, but it was interesting that he was named as "Sgt. Rocke".

This should be the one:
