Egypt and Jordan have firm peace treaties with Israel, and moderate leaders. If you define "Islamist" to include Mubarak and King Abdullah, you define it in a way that it loses any real meaning, beyond simply "Muslim".
Our enemies are predominantly Muslims, but not all Muslims are our enemies.
