(1) Seek the overthrow of the present government by internal political revolt (2) supported and armed by the CIA (3) if that does not work, bomb all known nuclear facilities in the country and subject it to a complete naval blockade (4) destroy all pipelines leaving the country by air attack (5) tell them they either give up their nuclear ambitions forever and immediately, or they will never import anything by sea or export any oil by any means, ever. (6) If they react strongly to any of the above, send an heavy armor corps from Iraq to Teheran to make it clearer to them.
When they natter on about their "rights" tell them we don't give a tuppenny damn about their rights, and will annihilate them all to a man if necessary before we will let them have nukes.
