Anything not covered by the Constitution nor the Amendments falls directly to the states - or at least thats what the Tenth Amendment says: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
This mean MORAL legislation with respect to sexual conduct of the residents of a given state is up to the state, and not up to a bunch of Liberal Sodomites [pun intended] sitting in the highest court of our land!
This whiner needs to go cry in someone else's beer, for he's ruining mine.
