no, the CAP flight is for the no fly zone....they have been intercepting planes all over the place, who didnt get the word about the Temp Flight Restrictions.
Hope they get tail numbers and they lose their licenses.

You KNOW there were going to be peopls who either didn't pay attention to the NOTAM (Notice To All Air Men)...didn't care or thought they'd try to sneak in snap a few pics and get out.
