I am wondering why they can't get quiet cameras. I have an inexpensive digital and it's quiet! Film cameras provide much higher quality pictures than even the best digital cameras. Plus you can take pictures much faster with film than with digital. No matter how good digital gets, it will never fully replace film.

C-Span is showing the two guards saluting -- most moving -- it's the changing of the guard, the first guard is leaving.
