Who really cares what Bernie Shaw says anymore.....remember he was the dude who would not furnish info concerning Saddam.

I remember listening to Shaw speaking from at television studio in Baghad, stating "President Hussain has just walked into the room."

I also heard him speak at DePauw University a year later, when he told the crowd that as soon as he said it, he expected the bombs to land almost immediately.

The point is, at that moment, the U.S. knew exactly to the point of inches where Saddam was at. Had he been a target, taking him out would have been no trouble at all.

But remember, President George H.W. Bush repeatedly said "Saddam Hussain is not a target."

Well, if he knew then; 'what he knows now'; perhaps that whole episode would have been different.

We might just appreciate, that the next time Reagan's name comes up for laugh among the Leftist media; there may be some defense of him, coming for the same quarters.

That is quite a step; wondered this week; after incredible stories and tributes; how these people went to bed at night without re-thinking 'who' they are. Good to see one at least one, offering publicly; a slight change of heart.
