They were both nodding off when GWB was speaking.

I am going to make a judgement here.

They both did it at the same time; when GWB was on. I think they did it on purpose. Like when Queen Elizabeth the I always was sick going to Mass during her Catholic sister's reign.
This was codespeak to their base, they are going because they have to, but they don't like Reagan or Bush, no matter what they say.

They've done this too many times now. Hillary has an iron will and control; she knows when her face looks nasty. She does this on purpose.

I doubt it was intentional (although they could have made an effort to stay awake). Bush's speech was long.

They both did it at the same time;

I think they both had to take drugs just to sit next to each other.

I asked my wife the other day, "What do you think Bill and Hillary talk about over the dinner table at the end of the day?" Then we busted out laughing. We can't picture them even standing the sight of each other, much less sharing a roof.

PS - I think Billy boy had to take ludes just to get through all the talk about Reagan revering the nobility and dignity of the office. Must have put pictures of stains swmming in front of his eyes and a clench of shame in his gut. Everyone listening knew one president who did the exact opposite of what Reagan did, and they knew where he was sitting.

And the Wich's face looked as nasty as I've ever seen! They were no doubt incensed that President Bush was so perfect in his delivery! (The days of "misunderestimated" are gone)!!!:)

Teddy Kennedy dropped into slumber during President Bush's State-of-the-Nation speech. I wonder if this is a clever way of showing disrespect while appearing as if it happened unintentionally.
