They wouldn't allow anyone to get in line after 2:30AM. Showing up at 4 AM did not work out for me. Kristinn got on line at 11PM and when I talked with him around 5:15 he was just passing to Botanical Gardens. The Gipper could have been in the Rotunda for several days and the crowds would not have deminished.
I guess the Big Boss Man is following an old stage adage, "Always leave them wanting more" ;>)

I was just imagining... what if the casket had been transported via train, stopping all along the way... imagine the crowds in "fly over country"...
