He doesn't have to joke, but since everyone asked about President Reagan mentions his sense of humor, an acknowledgement of it would be appropriate, perhaps using the Gipper's own words.I suppose you're right. I heard Fox say that W's speech is more of a thank you to Reagan than an actual tribute or remembrance. But we shall just have to wait and see.
