Allegedly somewhere near Jacksonville FL, now a couple of days ago. USGS and other webseismic sites have nothing of any size at that location. Report in question probably an initial computer report pending analysis which probably is related to recent earthquakes further south along the margins of the Caribbean plates. The report is also sourced from a European site which makes the later analysis or erroneous output more likely. As I said, this FL quake probably a phantom of another quake just like the reported 4.2 LA right after the 5.3 San Diego quake. Caribbean plate is an active zone. Computer raw data is not infallible and requires human evaluation.
