Thanks. OK, all white is Navy. Earlier today there was a guard in a white jacket, white trousers and white dress shoes, not the laced leggings. Is he a different rank in the Navy?
That would be an officer. The laced leggings are enlisted personnel. Had to check with my son to be sure.
