I don't know about the first part. I was raised to believe you had to be sorry for your sins and ask for forgiveness AND not do it again! I don't know if there is a provision that if you don't think it's a sin, is it? LOL

I do not believe that everyone is forgiven by God. There are many thousands (probably millions) of very evil people who have made their mark on this world, and they must not, thay cannot be forgiven for their evil life and evil ways.
Hell is real, and I believe that there is a special place reserved in Hell for Bill and Hillary Clinton (and their toadies), and a just God would see to it that they roast there for All Eternity!

Yes, Jesus did provide forgiveness for everyone .. but not everyone will ask to receive it.
People who are arrogant and hard hearted have not opened their heart to receive it. It doesn't mean they can't, but it's THEIR CHOICE. Bill will have to humble himself and ASK God for forgiveness; you cannot receive it without asking.
