Only on a portion of it. The eastern side has been in lease for a while, my project edge onto it for ConocoPhillips. The recent bids for lease were another portion. The entire reserve has not been released.

They are trying desperately to drum up a protest to support a lawsuit, IMO.

Final approval rests w/the Interior Department, NOT the Senate.
