I have always felt that the best way is to stand in the middle of the railroad tracks and stare at the headlights and listen to the horn.

I have a problem when the suicidal involve outside people.

My wife ran over a guy laying naked in the middle of the road at about 2:30AM. She still shivers when we drive through that stretch of road.

Agree totally.
Suicide is especially tough on train crews (am an old railroader).
Lots of railroad careers have been ended that way, engineers and conductors that couldnt cope with the emotional things. Seeing a family etc. that no power on earth could prevent you from killing them.
That will really tear your guts out
I would think that it is similiar for folks that drive trucks etc. etc.

Suicide by definition is a very selfish act.
