I have been trying not to pay too much attention until the trial but it was hard before the trial. I say fry him already now that I have thought about the news coverage I have seen and read a little more now the trial has started.

There are lots of people who automatically think people are guilty no matter what. I like to hear evidence before I make a decision. I have heard enough now to make a decision.

I am interested in this case ans not in a little club of people who get a false sense of superiority out of dabbling in these threads. I do not read sports page much at all or even care about sports as much as other people do let alone go to the sports threads.

Thanks for your reply. I am a bit oversensitive b/c there ARE some posters who pop in and out of these threads b/c they think that this is a "women's" story, or a "soap opera" and that it is somehow trivial.

IMO, there is NOTHING trivial about murder, and whether Scott did it or not, this pregnant woman was brutally murdered and dumped in the Bay.

I have not always thought that Scott was necessarily the one, but it keeps coming back to him, over and over and over. It never ever seems to point in any other direction.

I note, from reading summaries of Brent's and Amy's (Laci's sibling and half-sibling, and her fellow trust beneficiaries), that in fact the police apparently DID very carefully check out the alibis of Brent and Amy. No way do I believe that the police closed their minds and deliberately focussed on Scott.

From all that we've been told, and all that has come out of the trial and preliminary so far, there is only one person who had MOTIVE, MEANS, AND OPPORTUNITY. Only one person had ALL THREE at once. That person is Scott.
