I think your wrong in what Reagan would of thought about this issue.
He was much to compassionate a man to dismiss this form of research outright. He was also notorious for ignoring pressure from the far right wing of the party when it came to making decisions like this.
Compassionate?! How anyone can speak of compassion and the killing of defenseless humans in the same breath confounds me.
