Thanks for proving my point. "And" is a conjunction. You completely missed the entire meaning of the word. A goo example of a zeugma would be:
The room was dark, and so was his heart.
In the sentence, the zeugma "dark" modifies both "room" and "heart", but in a completely different way, giving the single word two separate meanings in the sentence.
You also do not appear to have a firm grasp of either the communist or national socialist political/economic philosophies if you are attempting to apply either of those epithets to me, as I am closer to a libertarian in philosophy than anything. Then again, perhaps it was just a display of the depths of your intellectual bankruptcy that rather than attempting to argue issues, you reach for simple labels to hurl at someone.

p.s., Zeugma is also the name of an ancient city on the Euphrates river. It was at one time famous for it's position along trade routes in ancient Mesopotamia and for fantastic mosaic tiled artwork. It's now a hundred feet under water beneath a rather large dam.
