Did you happen to see Gray Davis on Hannity and Colmes last night? The dem talking points are soooo transparent. He was asked what he'd learned from Reagan as governor.
After (surprisingly) sputtering something about how he obviously didn't utilize everything he could've learned from Reagan, he reverted to the usual "Reagan-was-just-a-jolly-guy-who-told-great-jokes" mantra.
(And, no, I didn't see GraySkies on H&C. I didn't even get to watch the memorial for Pres. Reagan. Not to brag -- I just want to exult in the glorious time we had last night -- but Wednesday evenings is one of the evenings each week that my wife and I get together with another couple to pray for the nation, for Pres. Bush, for our leaders, for the war on terror, for our soldiers, and for the condition of our society. Last night, we have a tremendous time, praising God for the life and influence of Ronald Reagan, thanking God for giving this man to our nation at the time that He did, and praying that the values of Ronald Reagan will live on in those who lead this country...which was a subtle way of asking God to always have a Reagan Republican in the White House. :-)
