I will never understand the liberal mind. They say they are for the common man, but their leaders have such disdain for the rank and file.

What in the world are these people thinking?

Far too many have given in to the whiles of the New Deal and the Great Society. Socialist programs more akin to the vision of Karl Marx than to Jefferson, Adams or Franklin and their ilk.

That is the basic issue...a large segment of our population has fallen to the lure of the dole and government handouts...voting for themselves the largess of the working citizerns.

Our challenge is not only to stop losing ground to this insidious attack and ideology...but to take back ground. We do that through education of founding principles, through exemplary living, through helping others, and through taking principled stands on the hard issues and not giving ground or parlaying on those fundamental issues.

Reagan showed us all how to do that.
