Still...I haven't heard of any other Cpongress Critters butting in line. And won't Jean be at the DC memorials? If so, his appearance here can't be explained as anything other than a hypocritical, cynical photo-op. And I bet they don't allow anyone else in the crowd in with him while he pretends to pay his respects.
