You are right. I saw Clinton doing what Clinton always does. Hotdogging. What I remember most from that funeral was Hillary with her head bobbing. It was very odd.

If I recall correctly, Clinton did say something insulting at Nixon's funeral - I need to find the speech he gave.
Regardless, the Clintons love sticking there filthy fingers in other people's eyes. You know that Bill would pull some stunt at Reagan's funeral given the chance.
