Both the leaders of Germany and France have come to the conclusion that they are going to have to live with GW Bush for four more years. John Kerry is an empty suit. He is going nowhere! Presumably Kerry will nuance some of RR's speeches into his own, here and there. He's probably upset that he hasn't been asked to give a eulogy. Too bad.
