I just surfed in time to hear Tom Brokaw inform the audience how Patty used to fight with her mother.
Thanks, Tom, for that warm anecdote.
Back to Fox and prayers begin...

Imagine a mother and daughter fighting. He should come to my house! What an ass.

I just had to come back in here to mention how pleased I am to see Patty holding her mother's hand. She looks quite devastated and is probably remembering less happy times with her parents and feeling quite guilty.

Nancy and Patty are so sweet together; I am so pleased their family has healed old wounds. It's all about family...Patty grew up.

I just surfed in time to hear Tom Brokaw inform the audience how Patty used to fight with her mother. The office TV was pre-set to ABC, and I flipped it on in time to hear Jennings say, "Of course, the military honors will follow, and nobody does military honors better than the military." Huh?

Was Brokaw slurring his words as usual? Have another drink, Tom...
