Interesting comment. So if your jacket opens up in the wind, of if you bend over to tie your shoe and somebody sees the firearm as your pant leg rises, then you're breaking the law?

Unfortunately, correct in most areas. Not in NH where open carry is legal.

Depending on the cop, yes. It some parts of the country that would be considered aggravated assault.
