Up yours, Moammar.

Reagan already took care of that for old Daffy Khadaffy.

Khadaffy was trying to get on our good side, after seeing Saddam come out of that spider hole and getting checked for head lice. George Bush thought very highly of Ronald Reagan and this not going to make him think well of Moo-a-mar. Now I wonder what Khadafi will look like getting checked for head lice.

In the statement he expresses his "profound regret" over Reagan's death. There is nothing here for Bush to not take kindly to. To suggest that Reagan will have to answer for the death of his daughter is not unreasonable. I'm sure that Reagan has already answered to his own conscience for his tragic miss. Regardless of the fact that he provoked the attack, Khaddafy's statement is hardly provocative. If anything, it merely shows that, in addition to mourning Reagan's death, he mourns his daughter also. The fact that Khaddafy regrets Reagan's death strongly suggests that he does not hold a grudge. He's leaving the question of his daughter's death to a more impartial judge.
