I loved President Reagan. He will be remembered as one of the greatest presidents.

But, this love affair between him and Nancy has always bothered me. I cringed every time I heard of his admission that he could not bear to be out of a room from Nancy. And I remember Nancy when questioned about their family problems, said "the children were jealous of our love for each other". I thought that odd.

I think that a great man and a great President had a juvenile problem with love...a dependency, so to speak.

I think that President Bush and Laura have a much more mature love and respect for each other.
