I think that Cal (according to the report earlier on the thread) was asked what he would do if he came upon an accident, not about if he learned in advance of a bomb plot...still, I do not like ANY reporter putting people at risk of death for a story. I have no doubt that most do it all the time.

And I normally like Cal Thomas. If the story is true, shame on him.

Cal Thomas is one of my favorites also. I would have to see what he said to believe it.

I would also like to know more about this apparantly thinking by the press that they should sit by while a life is lost when they could have done something to prevent it. This really needs to be explored. I mean, is this really a cannon of journalism?

Come on your journalist lurkers out there. Chime in on this.
