LOL, that is true though, gays’ moving into a dilapidated neighborhood is a good thing because if you get enough in the home values start to go up.

Not a pro or anti gay statement, just a fact of life.

not really because then the properties become unsellable to families. No mother and father wants to live next to a potential child molester, nor do they want that type of sexual example next to their home.

It is a short lived boost. I even had a lawyer friend of mine told by a homosexual seller of a duplex that he wanted to sell to someone "compatable with his lifestyle." Homosexuals in a family neighborhood is a bad thing.
