LOL, that is true though, gays moving into a dilapidated neighborhood is a good thing because if you get enough in the home values start to go up.

not really because then the properties become unsellable to families. No mother and father wants to live next to a potential child molester, nor do they want that type of sexual example next to their home.
It is a short lived boost. I even had a lawyer friend of mine told by a homosexual seller of a duplex that he wanted to sell to someone "compatable with his lifestyle." Homosexuals in a family neighborhood is a bad thing.
