There was a time and a place for feminism but I think the modern feminist movement has degraded to merely being a group of fat, ugly angry women jealously trying to ruin the happiness of all other women via emotional manipulation.Seriously. I'm not joking.
To: cyborg
No I'm not blaming feminazis for not having a relationship Yes, you are.

Any guy who really likes you will wait to have sex until you are ready for it. If they can't wait they are not worth it.

Yep me too...if I knew then what I now... oh boy! I can't move right now, but I'm meeting some success by having two good FRiends be matchmakers for me. I stay far away from metrosexual city dwellers *lol*

Meeting W.F.B. Jr. has heretofore been the highlight of my life.
Pretty pathetic, huh?

That's true...Oprah Winfrey had a whole show about it, which would have went unnoticed if Howard Stern didn't complain to the FCC.

"
Bring up marriage and children to a single man these days, and a girl will find herself all alone on a Saturday night."Works the other way, too.
"Modern" women, inculcated with P.C. feminism, are just as afraid of marriage and motherhood. It doesn't bode well for the future of the species.

As I stated in the title of a link filled with random obituaries of various celebrities:
"Who doesn't?"

Nice rant! My brother is single, check out his picture on the Tax-chick page :-).
But seriously, I'm so grateful I got married 15 years ago, instead of being single now!

You might laugh or scowl, but if your objectives are to meet Mr Right then the first thing is to throw everything the femocrats taught you out the window. I never bought into their mantra, but it took me quite a number of years to find out how everything, I mean everything they said was wrong.
The second thing you should do is go and buy a copy of The Rules. Don't tell your friends, coworkers or anyone. I found it helpful mainly from a guide as to how to comport yourself in a way that a) you are less apt to attract the men that you describe who are disrespectful; and b)you will be more apt to meet the courteous and thoughtful kind of man that you'd like to meet.

The feminist agenda has succeeded with me. I no longer open doors, hold chairs or any of the other things I used to do. I've even stopped lighting cigarettes for women. Nor do I try to date (not worth the effort or expense). I have been told "I can open my own door" etc. too many times. So why bother?
Do it just to piss them off. Then, if they say "I can open my own door!" or something like that, just reply "Sure thing, little darlin'". "Honey" and "Cutie-pie" are valid alternatives.

absolutely...children are now an inconvenience. You can't have the career and the luxury SUV with three kids and limited budget. Taking care of a husband and children are an obstacle to a woman's success. I really wanted to write that but I felt I'd just be parroting Christina Hoff Sommers *LOL*

"Honey" and "Cutie-pie" are valid alternatives.I amuse myself by calling women younger than myself, "Young lady," and men under 30 "son"!

Feminists still haven't figured out why the teachings of the church have survived for 2000 years while some of the greatest societys ever only lasted 200 or so years. Having a good life is pretty basic, you just have to stick to the rules of the game.
To: Tax-chick
thanks :) My mom says the same thing... she was glad she met my father years ago hehehe.
