You mean that PRC has not yet adopted American customs, such as treating its citizens with dignity, freedom of the press, right-to-own-guns, no "slave labor," and real jury trials?
Not to worry. Our Commerce Department sees NO REASON to remove PRC from the list of MFN trading partners.
After all, PRC is our Friend!!!
