Note that skepticism is not a conclusion. It is an opinion, and it may or may not be borne out by the facts.

Well, I guess we should all just wait for the "facts" to be verified by the police department before we come to any hard conclusions.

My opinion is that they (the police) were wrong, in this case.

But of course, I'm just one of "those folks who are one traffic stop away from serious prison time."

Nope. There is a chance that you aren't. But my experience tells me that said chance is well under 50%.

Now that's the smartest thing you've said on this thread! That's all I ask of....let all of the facts come out first before coming to a final conclusion. Now...that wasn't so difficult was it?
