A levee has broken near Stockton, sparcely populated but people are being evacuated

http://cad.chp.ca.gov/ This CHP site (either under Hot Spots or Stockton for area) has been updating fairly regularly about where current problems are...at least from what I can tell. I can't get local news from up there to find out exactly, but it might help a bit!

Reminds me of Marysville 1997 only on a much smaller scale. I was at Beale AFB and most of the town was living in tents on the base.
