I don't think so either. In fact, Clinton didn't want to meet with him, Tenet was only able to see him a handful of times. 7 years as CIA head is a long time, he is probably just worn out, burned out. Its a pressure filled position in peace time, it must be completely nerve-racking during a war.
if this is true, and I have no reason to doubt it, he should have been responsible enough to have left when he first began the burn-out. And I would add to those who are doubting there will be a book - remember Clarke's words in his resignation praising Pres Bush? I am finding that anyone tainted by Clinton is going to write a dam book!!!!
