Hmmmm, I was just thinking, GSC.... What if this gives Bush an opening to send Dick Cheney to CIA? Cheney knows where the bodies are buried and he's a bastard when he has to be. Rudy doesn't want CIA, he wants the Senate, then the WH. You know who gets Cheney's job, don't you?
And putting Dick Cheney in front of the Senate wouldn't be a bad thing at all. Cheney speaks with authority and knows how to handle the egos in the Senate.
Or, Cheney's retirement could be coming soon, as well.
