I am wondering if this is the same person as the Carol Ward who produces this antisemitic conspiracy site.

The one from the website also lives in New Mexico, supports Russo, and is outspokenly opposed to the war. She is known to use the alternate spelling, Carole, as in this anti-Jewish screed at Indymedia.

Carol Valentine the banned moonbat also has a website and it is quite similar in content to Carol (no e) Ward's.
