Yikes! I have been hearing exactly the opposite. The attorneys on Greta last night were all vey critical of his opening statement. Feiger even got up and pointed out that Geragos was stupid enough to promise the Wynona Ryder jury that he would provide the receipts for the stolen merchandise. He never did!
I think that Geragos is one of the most inept attorneys in the state of California. And I am not saying that because I disagree with him ideologically.
He also counciled Susan McDougal very poorly IMO.
Bunny there was also Roger CLINTON, when he was arrested. Geragos promised to produce some tapes and NEVER DID!!
Geragos is a real clown. He's the most unprofessional Lawyer I have witnessed ever. He has become far too full of himself. This trial is reminding me of the hare and the turtle. Distaso is a straight shooter, he will have his facts straight and he will behave propertly. Attempting to bring Amber into this as a culprit is going to backfire big time imo. Geragos is just throwing chit all over the place and hoping something will stick somewhere. He's an IDIOT. And Peterson is for sure the ICE MAN of MODESTO. The entire family are absolutely bottom feeding bizzare.
