A Portland lawyer says suffering by African Americans at the hands of slave owners is to blame in the death of a 2-year-old Beaverton boy. Randall Vogt is offering the untested theory, called post traumatic slave syndrome, in his defense of Isaac Cortez Bynum, who is charged with murder by abuse in the June 30 death of his son, Ryshawn Lamar Bynum. Vogt says he will argue -- "in a general way" -- that masters beat slaves, so Bynum was justified in beating his son.

How repulsive..against a TWO YEAR OLD...yeah..that TWO YEAR OLD had something to do with slavery..the lawyer should be disbarred for insulting the intelligence of ANYONE..and unless the sick killer is about 160 yrs old..slavery was never an issue in that killer's life..

This is embarrassing the entire nation. . What about the victims of the L.A riots. Given that most of them were Asian-American shopkeepers will the Hispanic and black "leaders" pay reparations. I think if the PC crowd has got some nerve. What about the decent folk in the suburbs that pay for minority crime through more taxes for police etc? I hope the majority of African American's (who are law abiding citizens) are outraged by what fools are doing in their name.
