Mayor Carolyn Peterson announced a plan to help any gay couple who decided to sue win its case against the city. Lawyers plan to argue that the Department of Health and the City of Ithaca are denying gay couples equal protection under the law.Basically, the Mayor of Ithaca is telling gay people to sue it so that Ithaca, at taxpayers' expense, can roll over and lose the lawsuit.
Ithaca is the City of Evil.

I don't know. I think FR could come up with something better than “Brown vs. the Board of Education”. Let me think.
