"Judge" Hamilton may have served up the issue that galvanizes the right and outrages the all important middle vote. Talk about motivating a turnout for November. This is one that will not go away and that the media cannot spin. In fact, any media play will only accentuate the power of the issue and its divisive nature.

This ruling will not stand. It may spur action toward amendment if the USSC refuse to hear the case or upholds this perversion.
