Just wanted to share some lunchtime fun with my fellow Freepers. I must be the only guy in DC who's lunch hour turns into a Freepering.

It's funny how you can leave leftists in the fly-catcher position when you hit them with facts. Twice in the past month I've been assailed by petitioners that want to get edukation initiatives (i.e., more money to the NEA) on the next state ballot. I hit them with the facts about how much we already spend on edukation, how little we get for it, etc., and they're left with their mouths agape (the "fly-catcher"). One guy simply said, "Wow, you sure know a lot about this stuff" and another woman answered, "So,...do you want to sign the petition?".

Very nice. I'm sure she was quite discombobulated, completely at a loss with how to communicate outside of her pre-programmed boundaries. (i.e., black man = Democrat flunky).
To: Trueblackman
Good for you!!! The little girl probably had never had anybody rebut her before.

Bravo. Can't stand the inherent racism present in the Democratic party's views. Makes me sick how they promise a better life to blacks just to get their vote, when it's obvious that education, hard work, and self-reliance are the only thing that will improve your lot in life.
