He`s doing an impression of the Jacques Kommie Kerry flip flop.

That's cute. You gotta see the humor - I'm so glad President Bush had a laugh. How healthy!
To: Captain Rabbit
I know he's just fighting an umbrella, but he looks like an action hero in picture #2. It almost looks staged!

I figure the left w/ go nuts w/ this.... That goes without saying. It`ll be on the headlines on the NY 'Al Qaida' Times, Dan 'I love Castro' Rather will mock it, Maureen Dowd will write an article about it with her usual old 'Commander in thief' name (even though Al Gore was the one who tried to steal the election by having overseas ballots disqualified while trying to legalize voting for felons. Hey, if you cant win an election what do you do? Just change the voting laws!)

ROFLOL!
I just love him. He is so "normal". LOL! Can you see one of the Clintons or John Kerry doing that? They would have their SS SHOT for not "protecting" them from the camera.

Yup. You can tell he's having fun with it. I have the utmost respect for him as a capable, intelligent, wonderful president but sometimes the thought comes through, "he's just so darn cute!"

"This happened to me and my kids a few weeks ago, on our way to church."
That's the key...there's very few people out there who haven't experienced this same thing. It's natural, it's normal. Eff'n riding a color-coded bicycle is NOT normal, it's "show-boating".

"Kerry would have smacked the guy next to him, given him the bird, called him a mother-f'r and bought a $40,000 titanium plated umbrella to prevent such an "embarrassment" from happening again."
Eff'n is big on that "Symbolism over Substance" thing, isn't he...what a show-boat.

In a couple of those pics, Dubya looks like Stan Laurel holding the umbrella in front of him.....too cute.

I just love the expression on the President's face in the first photo.
Who among us cannot relate? ;^D

I love the last one. He wouldn't let something like that get him down.

I'm not trying to make fun of the Pres. here. If any of you saw tape of this, he handled this w/ a laugh himself
That is clear. He looks in charge of the weather ravaged thing.
The DU types would be fools to bandy this about as a source for mirth, when it is easy to imagine Kerry or Gore stymied with how to handle an umbrella being blown about, while Bush looks like a man who can handle whatever comes his way.

Better than falling down I guess, ala Ford who gave us Chevy Chase.

Well, that's about the way some of the umbrellas are made today.
