The gov't of Iran ought to be a little more pragmatic. If they want nuclear power plants, there are ways to do that. If they want nuclear weapons, they should know that the nukes are useless and won't win a war for them. In fact, they should know that if they use nuke weapons, they will never be heard from or of again.
They already have nuclear power plants.
I think their first plan is to use their existence as a threat to get what they want. But not necessarily use them for real. That would come later........
