Things were different in WWII because the press wasn't full of leftist, anti-American bastards like you, mike.

At that point some in the audience, annoyed at Wallace's attempt to politicize what was supposed to be a WWII commemoration, began heckling him. Thank you God for the courage of those who stood against those two communist/socialist/progressive pigs. I hope when faced with more anti-American ranters, that we all have the courage to boo them and tell them that the Soviet Union is dead, just MOVEON.org!!!

Oh yes they were, these creeps were allied with Uncle Joe Stalin and the commies to prevent their destruction by the Nazis. That, and only that, is what made it a "good war" to the commies like Mike "the puke" Wallace

But I'm not sure whether a non-military commander-in-chief, no matter which party he's from and no matter who he or she is, has the background or the instincts to take us to war." So what branch of the service did FDR serve in?

That's because the President during WWII WAS a leftist.
FDR was the most left-wing president we've ever had, and part of his legacy (along with the Social Security Ponzi scheme) was a communist-infiltratred State Department.
McCarthy was right, you know.
