Well, Taiwan doesn't have any, so unless they think India might come to Taiwan's aid, I imagine it would be one of ours.
Maybe this explains the "exercise" we have laid on to put 7 of our 12 (including the one in major overhaul) carriers to sea at the same time?
Maybe China really isn't going to conduct mock sea warfare, but actually try for Taiwan now. What better way to disguise an invasion, than with fake "military exercises"?
You're right that those deploynments of our carriers might be related to this. Fact is, we have British naval vessels in port in VA, so they can conduct military exercises with us at the same time China is conducting theirs.
