After reading the AP, Reuters, Fox News and Washington Times accounts, this Wash Times account appears most credible. The other three, all singing out of the same hymn book, are preaching the same party line..."hate Chalabi" and "torpedo" Iraqi democracy.

My guess is someone at state or CIA tipped the Iraniacs regarding their broken code. The Iraniacs then transmitted a message re: Chalabi using the same broken code knowing it would be intercepted and hopefully...if the US is stupid enough...focus suspicion on Chalabi, and "sand bag" administration efforts on behalf of a free Iraq. Even the "keystone kops" would see thru this. Those responsible within state and CIA should be tracked down, tried as traitors, convicted and executed.
