FTAA is an economic deal, now if you wish to argue that we should be more isolationist in our Economic policy, that might be a worthwhile argument, and in such terms might even get you a listener or three, but to go down the Black Helicopter path does nothing to advance debate, or enlighten the masses.
Name one government program, agency, entity, that has not been corrupted to the point that it works against the reason it was created
The United States Marine Corps
The IRS (you may not like them, but Revenueing is their job....lol, now had you said 'works against the people....)
Conspiracy theory my foot. Open your ears, it's not in the closet, it's not some hidden agenda, it's not a theory, wake the heck up. They are telling you right to your blank face what is on the horizon.
Vicente Fox came from a meeting with Bush and said, "The U.S., Mexico, and Canada will unite under the same economic umbrella with U.S. wages falling to meet Mexico's rising wages with the rest of S. America joining later. Is this a good idea to you? Or do you think Fox just pulled this statement out of his hind end with no back up for it?
As far as the damage waiting to be inflicted from the FTAA have you even read the thing, or are you just winging it off the top of your head?
