Slowly? Compared to the rehabilitation of Germany, Italy, Japan... this is freakin' instantaneous, man! I guess since I'm over here having mortars and rockets chunked in my general direction fairly regularly, I see it as being a slow-moving thing. But I see LOTS of progress in various areas that the media doesn't report.
