Whenever I think of Beer and Texas, I am reminded of my failed attempts to finish a bottle of Pearl and Lone Star.
I tried, I really did.

Rolling Rock is an awesome beer.
I am gonna have to try LaTrobe's new low-carb beer.
I bet it is a good beer.

Doesn't matter where or what---it's always Bush's & Cheney's fault.

Yeungling is made in Pennsylvania. If I remember correctly it's one of the oldest breweries in the country.

Lone Star?
I have heard of it.
Is it a state of Texas only brand?
To: Gabz
The name sounded Chinese, so I was clueless.
Yeungling available nationwide?
To: ForeverPure
Both. Miller was generally for the ladies (and Honda riders) who wanted to drink beer, and Red Dog was for the women (and Honda riders) who wanted to get rowdy.

Y'know, I'm not sure. I know the Steel Brewery is still operating (or was, last time I checked), but let me look into Old Mil.

It seems like a supply and demand problem, where the weather in Wales got hot enough unexpectedly, that stores did not have enough beer to cope with it.

If you love beer, you guys might get a kick out of this Web site I found a while back:
The Beer Advocate: Join the Beer Revolution!.
To: ForeverPure
I don't know if it's nationwide, but I can get it here in Virginia.

Pabst now owns Stroh's which made Old Milwaukee.
Jos Stroh's was a Longview company for years.
To: Gabz
I would like to try Yeungling.

I couldnt get away from Sapporo - its the biggest alcohol manufacturer in Japan. I preferred Asahi , and would occasionally drink Akadama Wine.

Uh oh!
Drinking in the morning can mess up the day easily.
Can you fight the temptation off?

I had a buddy visit me from Seattle once and he showed up in San Antonio at the hotel with a sixer of Lone Star. He was really excited about it. I laughed my ass off, but I helped him drink it.
I was actually in Vancouver at a bar and they sold Lone Star, I bought a couple and then realized I was paying import prices for it. LOL
By the way, I saw a documentary on the Bush 2000 campaign and he was drinking a non- alcoholic beer called Buckler, has anyone tried it?
