I attended a lunch with an American nurse, who having been in Tibet teaching nursing at a school, was asked to speak to us. She told us that the Tibet priests could show up at homes, at anytime, and demand to have sex with the wife, daughter or son (no matter the age)! The husband or parents could not protest! Many nurses complained to her about the priest visiting their homes when they went home on vacation and demanding that they (the student nurses) drink the priest's urine in their presence as a test of loyality. Thousands of young boys are taken from their homes, placed in the Buddhists schools and used for the priest's pleasure!
The Dalai Lama and Richard Gere no doubt do not object to these practices!

I think you must have the wrong nation.
First, Buddhist monks (not priests) are celibate. All of them. In fact, they did not even allow women in the residence of the Dali Lama after dark.
Further, virtually no-one from outside (or even inside) China is allowed to visit Tibet.
To be honest with you, knowing several Buddhists very well, I hope you have the wrong country, because the only other alternative i that someone told you a very viscous lie.
